Leaf: 8.9in (22.6cm) long; 6.9in (17.5cm) wide; 20 vein pairs; golden yellow flat margins; slightly shiny on top; slightly shiny underneath; broadly ovate with cordate base; lightly cupped and moderately corrugated

Scape: 22 to 26in (55.9 to 66.0cm) high; reddish-green dotted proximally with purple

Scape Bracts: scapes are bifurcate and have inflorescent leaves

Flower: 1.9in (4.8cm) long; deep purple, ; tubular; Ann Arbor, MI; 7/10 - 7/20 - 8/3

Seed: sets seeds, viability is unknown, green pods
